Shipping policy

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ♡

All physical products will be shipped in the timely manner you choose at checkout. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped with tracking. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS | DOWNLOAD 

All digital designs are only available in digital download format. Once your order has has been verified and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and link to download the product. Orders may be delayed in the event of a network timeout or power outage.  Links will expire within 24 hours.  Please click on the link and download immediately upon receipt. 

If you do not receive an order confirmation or email link to download, please check your junk or spam mail before contacting us, as you may have a filter set in your email.
